Who in their right mind would choose an audi over a bmw? I made that mistake once. Out of 5 years ownership the audi stayed almost 2 years total in the garage (repair shop) eventhough it had low milage and was super clean. The bmw was being drifted and driven very hard daily and stayed around 1 month in total getting repaired out of 5 years ownership, never needed to replace a shock absorber eventhough there were many pot holes and bumps.

Is it reeeeeally apples to apples tho?
At the end of the day the 2 cars arent the rivals they once were ie: E46 VS B7 they've kinda drifted apart if you ask me. The M3 Comp is a Man's choice of a road going track/drift weapon and the Rs4 is a fast practical good looking comfy family car that's 10 grand cheaper. They really don't match up any more I'm afraid.

get a m3 xdrive. they get 3. 1s 0-100kmh and with a tune and downpipes 2. 6s. that is just insane and if you dont believe me just search for it many have done these numbers so far. tuned they do the standing! /4 mile in 9. 9s! a nearly stock car for under 100k doing a 9s pass while having full moden options is just pure insanity

Bmw 100%, the new grille really grew on me. When I first saw wanted to throw up but now I think it looks bad ass looks so mean and aggressive and when you drive it you know it-s got the engine and handling and anything and everything you need to back that up! Bmw can-t disappoint I-ve considered

I like that BMW are always experimenting with designs and changing things. Audi's always look too similar to one another, I feel BMW has a better vintage heritage too. I don; t like the use of the 'RS' thing either. I have always associated that with Ford.

The only issue with the M3 is the grill, like not even the whole front bumber, because outside of the grill the rest of the bumper looks gorgeous. I don't know why someone would ruin such a beautiful and sharp design with a bloated grill like that.

I like the Rs4, it looks better, but I prefer the BM's performance, especially if I can get one with awd. I just don't know if I could live with that grill, It makes my skin crawl everytime I look at it, why did they ruin it with that thing?

It's so funny to see people coming around to the M3 in the comments - I'm not even a BMW fanboy but they always moan how the previous gen looks better until they start seeing them more regularly. It's happening now with the new 2er.
