sorry but u r wrong. near where i am a known guy has his 720s tuned to 1400+ long time ago. also there is a 570 to 1100+ i think. tuned to the same shop. its not in US but for sure this is not the most powerfull. you know not anyone post videos and info about their cars and sh. so you cant say in general. in the world just to get views: )

Dave it's called a blow off valve they all have them that is anything with a turbo mostly their internal that is they release the air into the exhaust system but that one has an external blow off valve and that is the whoosh of air that you can hear super cool put one on the tire Slayer

any vehicle that is 6600lbs and below cannot be louder than 95 decibels at 3000 rpm 1200 fine and youll have to remove exhaust even stock if its ytoo loud these people will be in for a shock there are no exemptions even for rich trust fund babies so good luck with that one
