Yees! the old style james is back. Hks was my favorite brand as a kid, but then i got older and I was like this shit is soo expensive. I still love them tho, but i have never owned anything cool from them.

Are you guys worried that electric/hybrid cars are going to kill the aftermarket tuning industry? Unless you're an electrical engineer type person you wouldn't really be able to work on these things.

My dad's cousin actually owns a '91 A70 Supra that has upgrades from HKS. It's not crazy fast (it has about 300 buff horses, but it's certainly not slow either.

Would love to see an up to speed on some more tracks. Need to know more about SilverStone, Sonoma, HTM, etc Love learning about these historic JDM brands though!

Donut should do a past gas episode on HKS founders. I know y all touched a little on it in this episode but I m sure there is a lot more history there.

There was a HKS Mercedes CLK that competed in JGTC in the GT500 class in 2002. It didn't do great but I think you missed that one out.
