Those flames are due to after-fire, and is actually not good at all. It's caused by bad ignition timings or using a too-rich fuel mixture or dirty spark plugs, which results in not all of the fuel being burnt before it gets to the exhaust, where it catches fire due to the heat of the exhaust.

Why cry about a ticket? Either fight it in court (which you should be able to if you have film of everything, but obviously you did break the law at the beginning of the video so maybe you should just pay the ticket and be on your way.

That cop prolly has a really small weiner and became a cop to take it out on good people. he didnt see u cross lanes and neigher did his partner that was a state cop so he couldn't be.
