I am currently working 2 jobs, still not able to support myself. Being the only one in my household of 3 with a job, make that 2 jobs. I am taking care of my fiance, sister, and 3 cats. I can barely afford to eat, but I couldn't be happier with my life. I have a computer, a roof over my head, and a car that somewhat works. I'm struggling, dropped out of college, and I am contemplating joining the air force. I have it a lot better than some people, but by no means am I capable of taking care of everyone in my family right now. I barely make anything at the end of the day.

I actually prefer the 11pm-7am shifts over a day shift where I work. However. ours rotate from those graveyard shifts (7 in a row. to evening shifts 3pm-7am (7 in a row and my favorite) then day shifts 7am-3pm (6 in a row and my least favorite. We get 2-3 days off between each set when fully staffed (rare these days. The process then repeats itself. We do get extra compensation for any work hrs from 6pm-6am and on Sundays. It's the changing back and forth that sucks most though.

I feel like I love cars way too much. But there was a point in my life where I was able to buy a Ferrari F430, Gallardo or any exotic in the 100-150k range. But then I realized that maybe buying a house was a better idea. Sure, I didn't buy a 5000sq ft home with a gym and pool, but I was able to buy something decent to rest at night. I'm not sure if buying a Gallardo was a good purchase at your time. I think you violated your own rule of never make emotional decisions.

Probably a long shot but have you emptied the fuel tank and put some fresh gas in. Perhaps you got ahold of some bad fuel. Also depending on how long it's been sitting (I know you are recently back from the Europe trip) you may want to fog the cylinders and that would also give you the opportunity to check and see if any of your plugs are fouled out. Of course you probably already know all this. :) Either way I'm pulling for you to get it up and running. Keep us posted.

Your view if being homeless is a little off. You made a choice to live in your car, that is not being homeless. Maybe you should volunteer at a shelter and listen to people that are truly homeless. A for sale sign would have cost you about 1. 37 for your car. Leaving you 5, 000. 00 for a decent used car and 5, 000. 00 as a jumpstart in an apartment, with money left over to drive your lazy self to work. You claim to have a degree in finance? hmm

Hey Stradman, I want to thank you for your advice in this video and the last one before this. I'm an 18 year old going to study overseas away from my family, and your advice about not making choices due to an emotional feeling is something that i want to keep in mind. I feel as if i have done this at times but i haven't suffered any consequences such as yours. I'm glad i heard this story from you because it really was an eye opener for me

Seems like it could be a fuel related no start issue. First you need to check it the fuel rail is getting fuel. You can start by pulling the fuel line off to the rail put in into a bottle and have a friend crank the vehicle. If you get fuel then you know this is not your issue. Next you would want to check to make sure the ignition coils and plugs are getting spark. Hope this helpsPaul
