If they were going to give the car away to a fake person, wouldn't they make the winner super excited so as to avoid suspicion? I think Terry is real, but everyone reacts to things differently. Some are more reserved than others. However, the rules about going to Salt Lake City to pick up the car and getting filmed were broken. Maybe some other rules too, those are just the obvious ones I see.

I am a huge admirer of James' success. After reading all the comments below regarding the shadiness of the giveaway - I REALLY hope he didn't make that trip to Dubai immediately after to stash his cash off shore. This is shaping up to be a train wreck to watch. I honestly like James and I hope this is not going to be a rags to riches to rags & prison story.

Its a scam, no winner here guy's, James you need to prove it's not a scam fella, I know I was never going to win as I live in the UK, but a blind person can see something is not right here, you have two weeks to prove or I'll unsub you OK and see what can happen when I make a complaint to your local police station OK fella.

There is an intresting post on reddit i thought everyone should know. Lary Nicolds is the sweepstakes sponsor. Aparently he has been to jail google it. The reason why i am posting this is to warn innocent people to not fall for these sweepstakes and spend their hard earned money on a scam. Again this was found on reddit

I wonder if youtube is looking into James. I got a message on my new feed saying how do you feel about the following video on a scale of really dissatisfied to really satisfied. I've never seen that before, obviously I clicked very dissatisfied as he broke his own rules and it's all shady.

To me the most suspect thing here is that the sweepstakes and give away has been hyped up like crazy for months in every video. then when its finally time to give it away its literally 2 min of footage and then off to rent a Ferrari like the give away never happened?

I would take 75, 000 because I could share it with my family, buy a new gaming setup, MacBook, new clothes and save up some of it for a car in the future. Honestly I think she was selfish, but at the same time I'm lucky I didn't buy the shit merch.
