I'm from the UK so I don't know this: in Utah, when you renew a custom vanity plate at the end of the year do you get sent a new one or do you just keep the old one? If you do then TheStradman I will buy your old plate from either the Aventador or the Gallardo when you renew them

Strad, Im a contractor. Word of advice bro. Design the garages to where they can be converted easily to living space if you were to sell the house. That way when or if you sell the house, you can throw up some walls on the first floor and get a lot more money out of the resale.

At 9: 17 when you are looking at the one 1. 7 acre area. I would build the house there. I say this because you can build the house on the flat part on it. And make one long driveway where you can floor your cars: )Like so Stradman can see this message. Its a suggestion. :)

Dude. Just buy some property build the dream garage, live in it until funds are conducive to build a matching house. Then you have a house/garage combo that can be sold in the future; instead of some random one off fancy barn.

Why not build a somewhat normal house and then have a big ass garage connecting to it? If you plan on living in the house for more than 5-6 years, youll definitely want more than 2 bedrooms.

Yikes, 400k for Land. I live in a thriving area, 8 bedroom home, large greenhouse built in, little under 2 acres, etc. 489, 000 all in. No clue how you guys stomach these insane prices.
