Those locos goes under the serial Sr1 and were manufactured by Novotjerkasskyj elektrovozostroytelnyj zavod in Kaukasia, USSR, during the time between 1972 - 1985, but they are going to be replaced very soon, starting in 2014. :)

Nice to see Tampere Railway Station in 2012. I moved to Tampere in October of that year, and I think this footage was filmed in September. maybe in August?
