Another super video! A viewer of your videos can tell that you really love your job. You show it. You make videos. You use captions to indicate the stations, and different aspects of your job (type of locomotive, what signals and signs mean, and answer questions willingly. As mentioned before, I really love your videos! They can be watched over and over without getting boring.
I do have a question: At 1: 11: 30 there is a track that branches off to the right. Where does that go? It doesn't get used much given the rust of the rail. Thanks so much for another great video!

Oooo! Thank You for the little tour of the cabin and control spaces!
My father used to chase trains just to watch them as they worked; I would tag-along and enjoy learning about our railroads here in the southeast United States. When I was even younger, I witnessed the waning years of the Skaneateles Short Line railroad in Skaneateles, New York -- Father built a scale model of it in its prime in the days of stream (I would watch him do this for hours - I was his little assistant. Such memories! :-)

2: 28 When did the stop having the blinds down between the two front seats and the cabin? I remember as a child when these trains were new that we could sit there and watch the tracks ahead. An expiring view quite similar to watch videos like this or the NRK slow-tv-series. The front view is much more interesting than the side view that the passengers get.

Wow! I liked that you moved one train up to the station and then drove another at the beginning. What an spectacular journey for a local. Ours here in Brisbane Australia are totally boring by comparison. I really liked the long tunnel and then out into the bright city lights at the end. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Cheers

Thank you! It's so beautiful that I don't find words. The gloomy beauty and power of nature in these cliffs and sleeping waterfalls, this whole atmosphere excites and fascinates me. I think if I could choose where to live the next life, I would only choose Norway. At any time of the year, she's amazing.

I love this train from Bergen to Voss. I have done the trip several times and always stood over for some days at the superb Fleischer's Hotel in Voss before going back to Bergen. What an adventure and what a wonderful time I had! I love Norway and would live there.

A beautiful trip! The scenery is magnificent, even in winter.
Given the relatively light ridership, this line probably would not be economically feasible to construct today. The cost of constructing all those tunnels would make it very expensive.

Given the length of the tunnels on this line Id hate to be one of the engineers who have to service them as must happen on occasion, plus Im really glad i dont suffer from claustrophobia!

When stopped at the tunnel exit at 54: 00 with a red flashing signal, I'm guessing waiting for the track switches to be reset to the main line ahead at Vaksdal Station?
