Do you have to rely on sanders much going up the hill or does the push/pull of the 2 loco's overcome that? And how does the FLIRTS handle on the line vs the HL18 with the massive power difference. I see the FLIRTS in a 4 car set have a max power rating of 2000kw yet the HL18 is 5600kw so if your rolling with 2 on the flam line you have 11, 200kw vs 2000kw thats a huge power difference on such a steep climb.

I've been watching these HinduCowGirl videos for some time now and they're really wonderful, however, I've yet to see any wild animals along the routes taken by these trains. In the Canadian Rockies and Coastal Mountains, train travel will present all kinds of wild animals, from bears, moose, elk and deer to large cats and wolves. Hawks and Eagles etc. too
Am I just not noticing them in these videos?

The Flam line to Myrdal and back is one of the most spectacular railway travels one can do. The screnery is breathtaking and unreal when the train crawls through cliffs and altitudes nearly unimaginable. This is nothing for the faint hearted! It is just a miracle. There is nothing on Earth similar to Norway. Thanks for the wonderful video.

Very occasionally a person will be pixelated so we can't see them clearly. Often this is on a platform with dozens of other folks who are not pixelated and clearly visible. Are the pixelated people police officers? Railroad employees who don't wish to be photographed? Examples: 56: 24 and 56: 30.

Love these videos of different seasons and scenery. The Flam line is especially beautiful. I also noticed you missed a Horn signal sign in the tunnel at 1: 11: 16. Had to tell you. LOL

At the start of the video I noticed dampers going from the bogies to the body. Is that to dampen what I think is called track hunting?

Is this the only route you take? Don't you make trips on the railroad route to the North, to visit Santa Claus?
