In -Discover New Zealand -Part 2-, continuing on from Christchurch in -Part 1- we call at the -The Plains Vintage Railway and Historical Museum- (Ashburton) before heading to Mount Cook. On the way we are treated to stunning vistas over the turquoise waters of Lake Tekapo. We admire the majestic mountains towering over Mount Cook village before heading off to the adrenaline sports mecca of Queenstown, where I have to watch my own children jump at Kawarau Bridge Bungy. After Queenstown we head off to Te Anau and the awesome Fiordland where we cruise on both Milford and Doubtful Sounds. In the last leg to Dunedin we follow the -Southern Scenic Highway- along the beautiful coastline via Papatowai and the Catlins, stopping to see the spellbinding Purakaunui Falls on the way. The video was taken over a number of visits between 2005 and 2014
