Fabulous video Tim. An area i know so well. Your Drone came in handy at the Valley of Rocks. The Lynton Cottage Hotel looked a nice place to stay. That Road past Woody Bay is such a beautiful Road. but with a sheer drop on one side. not for the faint-hearted! Funnily enough we're off to Lynmouth Today for Fish and Chips. The best Day of the Easter weekend for Weather. Happy Easter to you and your Lady Wife(Nice picture by the way) Best wishes. Steve. -: )

If like me you -hate country lanes- then this trip is not for you, but the coastal scenery is wonderful. I did brave the ride with a Lynton local friend driving in the opposite direction - mostly with my eyes closed, but we made safely to The Valley of the Rocks in one piece - so be braver than me and go for it!

Drove this yesterday, I was very scared! So glad I was in a 4wd volvo with good tyres. I didn't look at the views I was so frightened that I would be unable to continue! Thanks for this so I can sit in my lounge and see what I should have gazed upon.

Very nice video, even though no trains! Woody Bay is one place on my list to see. The rock in those shots is pretty rugged looking. The drive sequence was very good and the approach to coast is an Oscar sequence.
