Let's travel on the Utah FrontRunner from Salt Lake City to Ogden! Eric: I was a resident of Sandy, Utah for about 2 years and Rode the Frontrunner Frequently. I had no real reason to go north to Ogden or South to Provo, but I love trains so i took full advantage of the ability to travel all along the Wasatch front. My experience every time riding Frontrunner was superb. The Bombardier coaches were clean and comfortable, the ride was extremely smooth and pleasant, and the speed was great. I'm so glad UTA invested in this option. It is a phenomenal service.

Great shots! I see these trains every day, and I remember one time, I was at the Ogden Museum, and a Frontrunner was leaving, and I called out -Hey! Blow the horn! -, and out came an amazing but extremely loud blast of what I think was a K5LA much like those on GO Transit and Tri-Rail's older Cab Cars, and I leaped back and said -Well, I guess those things work on people too. - (referring to how train horns are often used to scare animals off the tracks.

So depressing to watch. Tracks with small minimum curve radius, very low line speeds, ugly stations in urgent need of renovation abd above all: Once more no electrification. Loud, outdated and dirty diesel locomotives everywhere. America's infrastructure, particularly on rail, is a disgrace. This looks almost like a third world country. Why do Americans accept this?

It's a nice train experience. Very clean, with air conditioner, plugs for charge your personal devices and restrooms, and tables in the upper level. Very punctual in the schedule. Thanks for this video

The colour scheme resembles the French National Flag of France.
I also like the Canadian style E-bell on the cab car, which is also Canadian built; D
