The Pacific Surfliner train, which runs between the southern California cities of San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo, recently celebrated another year of service. So, it is time once again for our yearly look at Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner! This video will focus primarily on the portion of the route in San Diego county. You will see a mix of different trains running in service including the last remaining single level equipment set, amtrak Dash-8 P32BWH locomotives, P42DC locomotives, locomotives and cars in special wraps, and some extra long trains for the summer horse race season in Del Mar Date: 2022-05-12
