Great video Mike. I should have saved these questions for the next Q&A but I feel like asking the questions now for some reason. 1. Do you really missed the Pacific Parlor car on the Coast Starlight? 2. Can you do an updated video on the Siemens Chargers now that more purchases have been made and some stuff are beginning to go on like the accident on the Point Defiance Bypass which involved WSDOT SC-44 #1402?

Nice run of Southern #401 pulling a train made up of vintage freight and passenger cars! Although I find it to be ironic and non-prototypical that the Southern #401 is pulling a train with a Northern Pacific caboose at the end of it since those railroads ran no where near each other or connected to each other.

Nothing like it in this time to have that feeling of shoveling coal into the the fire box turning from tender on the apron hitting peddle to open butterfly doors of fire box and hear the sound of coal leaving and the spread into the fire box.

That is a really well put together photo charter. If you were to throw in some effects, it would look like its operating on one of the steam shortlines of the south from the 1950s and 60s.

This was how we got our stuff in the 50s. Not small fleets of diesels pulling 2 mile long trains, but massive fleets of steam locomotives pulling our stuff in small comfortable trains.

Now this is more like it: An old steam engine pulling the same cars it pulled back in the old days of steam, despite the cars described today as vintage cars!

Great video, Mike! I love #401-s whistle. Did you happen to catch NS #8101? It was in SoCal earlier this week. I caught it heading to Roseville.
