I'm not a nutrition or certified fitness expert so I can't really say too much. But I don't believe healthy fats are bad for you. i think eating only 5-10% of calories from fat is an unhealthy practice. Also I think there is a difference between saying you have muscle because you have 2% body fat and actually gaining a sizable amount of muscle through proper nutrition and exercise. You do have some great muscle definition but at the same time your biceps are 6 inches around: /. I like some of your advice but telling a powerlifter/bodybuilder to eat 10% or less of calories of protein from calories is a bit crazy Even bodybuilders like torre washington that claim to not count macros eat way more protein than that

If you continue to eat enough calories and do resistance training. the your muscles are not going to atrophy -YES THEY ARE, YOU NEED TO INTAKE APPROPRIATE LEVELS OF PROTEIN TO PREVENT ATROPHY AND MUSCLE INTEGRITY
If you want muscle tissue like me -has very little muscle definitely get into heavy weights doesn't lift heavy
This goes for both men and women!
She is not a nutritionist, she is not an expert, this information has very little validity. Please consult a trained physician before taking any of her advice

This is the dumbest shit i have ever seen. First of all she doesn't know the difference between body fat and fat you take in from food in the form of calories. Second of all she doesn't know the difference between muscle building and strength building. Doesn't know the basic importance of protein and their role. So basically a clueless imbecile that claims she put on muscle yet she has none of it. You can listen to her indeed, but you will never see any gains. EDIT: That squat gave me nightmares.

she is insane, protein builds muscle not carbohydrates. also according to your recommendation a 80 kg or 180lbs person would need 818 grams of carbohydrates a day! Something that wont even build muscle and most certainly increase fat. Also the average number of carbohydrates a person should have is 250 grams more than 3 times the recommended!

I soo disagree about peeing clear everyday study shows peeing clear is unhealthy and you loose more water, also if your trying to get people lean and build muscle water can make a person bloated and weigh more vs eating food, water will make the person heavier and they will see no progress in any weight loss

Poor girl, she says that she gained four kilos of muscle, but she must have lost it by the time of the video, cause I don't see any muscle.
Also, those shitty squats and that talk about detoxing at the beginning give me cancer.

Listen people, just because someone's arms are smaller, it doesn't mean they have no muscle. Those guys with big arms? Yes, there is muscle, but a lot of that is fat, too. Even if it doesn't look like it.

If an excess 500 calories (surplus) is coming from fat or carbohydrates or protein- your boy will store that energy most probably in a form of fat. It doesnt matter- 500 calories is 500 calories.

Eating fats doesnt make you FAT. Eating carbs doesnt make you FAT. Mixing all of them all the time in every single meal plus proteins=bloating and gain weight.
