U should read up on the keto diet. I've been on it and it works I'm losing weight my belly is flat and I stay full n feeling good for a long long time! I eat egg yolks, bacon and lots of animal fat and avocado. Good butter from grass fed cows. All good stuff. Fats r pure energy for the body to burn.
Carbs make your pancreas suffer. Becoz of the insulin it needs to keep making n if u don't burn your carbs it goes to your belly, WOMEN. Look at fat and obese ppl they eat alot of pizza n pasta n bread. They got so big eating CARBS, not fats.

Can you answer to my Question. If I want to have lunch with some rice with so many veggies added one the top, the day after If I don't want rice anymore can I eat like 200gr or 300gr Of bread made at home with: 00 flour; fresh yeast and water? or If I want to do Pizza with these ingredients (for the pasta): envelope active dry yeast; warm water; bread flour; olive oil? Can I eat them? or they are not good for wheight loss? thank you If you answer me

StanSuperman3 ever heard of Jason vale? I just said natural sugar is fine I'm talking bout WHITE REFINE SUGAR it's not natural as it's no longer in it's natural state it's been refined! I'm sure freelee does not live off white refine sugar that's why I said she needs to re do the vid but I shall ask her this? White refine sugar has been linked to cancer as well. Please don't miss read this coz I give thumbs up to sugar in it's natural state

Freelee it's not just the carbs its the amount of calories you burn. You need to understand that most fat lazy americans are not going to just eat carbs and get skinny like you. They do not do your high activity of cycling etc. Losing weight has to do with calories in vs calories out and thats just the way it is.

You look so cute on the video! I love your fit girl! Yes I'd have to say most of my nutritionally ignorant friends, no offense, think carbs are all the fast foods that they eat and when I say I do need carbs they look at me funny but I am living proof that they give you energy and vitality: )

Freelee please help me I need more help apart grom these videos. I have been on the diet that u recommend for 2 weeks now. i dont crave anything but I am not loosing weight I am looking different though I have lost inches. when do u suppose I will start loosing weight

you put my mind at ease, i always thought cutting all carbs is bad for me i tried to cut it once and i was DEAD no energy, bad mode, sitting on sofa all day i can't do and kind of workouts.
so yeah it does make sense that your body needs (good) carbs!

when we eat carbs, insulin rises (normal response. insulin not only pushes the glucose into the cell, but also the fat. so people get fat it they eat sugar+fat together. clean carbs have very little fat for us to wear: )

sure, these processed food have unhealthy fat in them, but they also have sht processed refined sugar in them, tons. and that wrecks your health as well. i see it first hand. my mother's addicted to pepsi and ice cream.
