hey freelee, i've just started eating a LOT more raw, rawtil4 basically, but sometimes dinner as well, but i have really bad constipation and pain. is it just the detox? just my intestines getting used to it? it's been less than a week since i started. I was previously wholefood vegan though. thanks

Freelee, what is your opinion of people who are not vegan, are not raw, they eat some animal products but they exercise regularly and end up feeling good and looking good. Is there a disease that will eventually kill them or at least disable them?

Please come up with a different acronym to replace this. SBS stands for shaken baby syndrome. Folks need to know what it really means bc its TOTALLY preventable and serious. No more jokes need to be made out of this. I know thats not your intention.

Ironically I just learned today that SBS also stands for Saved By Sugar, an inclusive group in the the vegan community. So SBS is also a very good thing!
