Me live on TV show in Australia! DM: 51 bananas is obviously not a good idea over a whole day, let alone a single sitting. I'd say 51 bananas a week is well beyond most people's reasonable boundaries too. If you've got diabetes or are prone to things like GERD/reflux, liver disease etc, you can't really eat carbs, especially fruit, that freely. I've struggled with countless health problems over the years despite only being in my mid 20's. I tried a vegan diet and absolutely loved it. Loved eating all the veggie dishes and snacking on fruit. Also loved the way I felt. But it was causing my pain to flare up. I found a low-carb, high-fat diet works best for me 2-3 days of the week. That means no fruit or starch, just meat, eggs, and veggies. The other days I am happy to go vegan and fuel myself off carbs. Still, 51 bananas is way too much. I eat 3 bananas a day max.

This was such a positive interview. The host was friendly and open minded, despite entering the interview saying that nutritionists believe that Freelee's diet isn't ideal. This was sooooooo much better than the today extra debate or whatever. Thank goodness Freelee did her homework and brought her blood tests!

Showing your blood test doesn't prove shit, there's people with good blood test results that are omnivores, paleo, cooked-food vegans, etc. if she really wants to prove something she should do the least bit of research and base her results on science, not just a theory that seems to be working.

I've recently become a vegan. (But, I only eat around 1, 600 calories a day, this is because I feel satisfied this way, and I don't want to just keep eating when I'm already satisfied) and this is the freelee that I love. The positive, well spoken freelee. This is how you get a point across.

Here in the U. S are whole tv shows devoted to the high-fat, dairy and meat filled, gluttonous meals that some restaurants serve. In those cases people drool or try to take on the challenge while others applaud, but god forbid a chick wants a few dozen bananas.

No matter how slowly this world is changing, change requires time. No matter if you're saving one or thousands of lives, you are still winning. I love you and what you've been doing Freelee

You know the nutritionist is either a shill, ignorant, or in denial when they mention protein deficiency and too many carbs or sugar.
