hi freelee. just want to say, ive been watching your videos for a long time. i have a question. ok. so you say that fruit doesn't make you fat, but aren't grapes very high in sugar. i thought that if you ate too many of them, it could cause bloating. plus (even though i haven't watched ALL of your videos) i never really see you eating grapes. just wondering if you could explain that to me. thanks. love you so much.

So glad I have my own interests and don't think about my body and worry about that like when I was young and it was all about ego and looks and impression. Been there, done that, just nice to totally forget about myself and have more common sense as I get older.
