You keep saying that you should be mindful for what you put on the internet especially if you have a large following and now you are saying that going vegan makes you skinny and makes other people ashamed of their weight and going vegan doesn't always work for weight loss so if people go vegan and they're not become skinny then there is something wrong with them.

hey freelee! I really want to go vegan and have wanted to for a long time. I have tried before but I've always lost weight very quickly. I am already very small and don't need to lose any weight. I was wondering if you had any advise fro people that don't want to lose weight but desperately want to go vegan. thanks for all the good vibes you send to everyone!

Idk if I've become a veg. Or vegan. Or if both is healthy. I know i lost my taste for beef. Pork. Chicken. Years ago. Can't stand the feel or chewing of meat anymore. Not for diet or animal ethical reasons. Either.

I don't feel like being skinny is nearly as important as just being healthy. skinny does not equal healthy. who cares how your body looks as long as you're healthy?
