Hi freelee, my name is Sophia and at first I thought veganism was an absolute joke and totally impossible - which was constantly reinstated by my peers. However, after watching your videos as well as educating myself from doing a TON of research (ie. watching earthlings and currently reading 'how not to die', I decided to go vegan. I have been a vegan for roughly two months now and it is honestly the BEST decision I have ever made in my life. I have struggled with my image for absolutely ages and veganism is the only lifestyle that has allowed me to eat a lot however get a lot leaner and healthier. The main reason I became a vegan is due to my dog - whom I absolutely adore and would be traumatised if he ever (or anyone else) ever hurt him - and he made me realise that there truly is no difference between him and the poor animals that used to sit on my plate. Thank your for educating me and allowing me to feel like the absolute best version of myself. You really have turned my life around: ) X

She's vegetarian by choice because she doesn't want animals to suffer (but she eats fish, eggs, dairy which doesn't make much sense. She's trying to lose weight at the moment and apparently she has been following blogilates' advice since they're friends. She calorie restricts, eats so many eggs for the protein and she seems to be tired all the time in her vlogs. She's a really lovely person and I don't want to see her suffer because she listened to blogilates' shitty advice. Please help her x

i have so many questions about going vegan. im such a picky eater. i dont like vegetables i don't even like bananas (yes i know they are a fruit. Please help me out or reccomend some sites that can show me some vegan meals. my body is so used to over stuffing that now its so hard to feel full and im afraid that i wont be able to find vegan meals that will satify my hunger. please help.

What I think people don't understand is that freele isn't doing this for herself, she's doing it for all the animals, our planet and for every human alive. She's just spreading the message and what she believes and knows is right, it's the best way to save your body, our planet and tons of animals.
