Saying Goodbye + mums here +dinner
video description
I'm from Spain, Europe. I'm anorexic since I was 14 (I'm 16) and recently I've been showing some bulimic symptoms ( compulsive eating, I'm so nervous and worried. But two weeks ago a friend told me about you and to be honest, I'm so excited and I really wanna do the same you do. Could you give some advice?
In Spain there isn't coconut sugar anywhere!
It's difficult to being vegan when you're still living with your parents.
Thank you so much! I love your videos! They help a lot!
I hope you'll answer: )
Thanks

About the shift work - it's the worst thing ever. BUT. I have done it and when you're carbed and slept well it's bearable. Only for a short period of time. I managed to somehow live through it for 2 months. It did feel weird to sleep during the day for one week or come home from work in the morning, but sometimes you don't really have a choice. The job is easy, you earn a considerable amount of money to get yourself going. I think everyone may need to have this experience to know how bad it can get and to stay motivated to your best. I surely did learn a lot of lessons from that experience. :)

I don't know if any of you fruit bats have Rheumatoid Arthritis but I was diagnosed with it in the last few weeks and it has really put a nasty dent in my work out routine. Now I am remembering all the classic vids where Freelee talked about avoiding Gluten /dairy and processed foods in terms of inflammation so I am getting on board!

Hey Freelee, I would love to know what you think about the documentary hungry for Change. I've seen it before and I thought it was good but now I don't thing that it is anymore. There is a moment where a woman says Fat isn't was makes you fat, it's sugar that makes you fat. I would really love to know your opinion on this film: )

It was really touching this vid. You seemed kinda sad. I've never noticed this attitude before. Is nice to see we are all human after all and we feel a rainbow of emotions. This will form our character and make us stronger. Big hug from Boston. Keep up the good work!

I am slowly trying to transition to raw til 4, I've cut meat products but my biggest problem is completely eliminating animal products like cheese. I bounce back and forth with bulimia and I had my son 4 months ago and gained 75 pounds. How do it fully commit?

I'm curious to find out what dosha you were Freelee. My friend is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and said I would thrive on raw only because I'm Kapha but when I took the quiz I was Pitta. Just trying to figure out if Ayurveda is legit lol

Ok, the question I ask is weird but. is your shit supposed to float? Since going vegan it does it often, what does ot mean? Is this normal? I read it may be due to high fat intake.
