Hi freelee! I purchased your Raw till 4 diet ebook, and I'm been steering away from meats & dairy as much as possible. I HAVE been feeling a change in myself, definitely my body & mood. I was reaching out in hope that you can explain a bit more veganism, ( I haven't done much research, which I know I must do ) and also quick ways to carb up with rice, potatoes any any other carbs. Also! I'm a weightlifter, I like going to the gym & lifting weights, do you know any weightlifting vegans that look amazing & are healthy?

I've been wanting to be vegan but I can't eat a plethora of foods due to ibs. Like the only fruits I can eat are lemons and melons and to an extent, bananas and mangos. I also can't eat a lot of spicy foods. However, I tend to digest meat pretty well, like eggs and such. And that's why I don't want to stop eating meat.

If animal treatment is your concern just know that people who eat meat such as myself can buy meat from places that treat animals fairly. Honestly if youre going to voice your opinion on the internet you have to look at both sides and not look at people on the other side as uneducated idiots.

vegans need to realise what they are doing for their body won't make you live twice as long won't prevent illness in fact when I look at vegans they look unwell and need protein. your body needs protein!

How do you know what animals want? :) Eating animals is nature. Animas eat each other all the time. I think you are using emotions instead of facts. Eating mangoes is great though: ): )

The animals want it to be done in the best way. Not in a way that causes more damage or disfunction. But in the most productive way that'll work.
