8: 30 just a small criticism, I would say that you can get cravings just because something smells really good. If youre regularly craving the same thing I agree its a sign you may not be getting enough, but sometimes pretzels just smell good and you love pretzels. in those situations i just learn how to make it vegan at home

I know this is 2 years ago but i just want to say. I have the same feeling. If i eat carbs and veggies and fruit and no animal products i always feel so much better than when i eat animal products. Slowly weening out the animal products.

it's just hard when you grow up a certain way EVERYONE basically grows up eating meat. In almost every culture it's normal to consume animal products. We just change because we care. No, you don't care

I think the main problem with the second group (bodybuilders) is they tend to eat out or be a slave to the office goodies. As bodybuilders I would think they would have had more determination.
