Things like this make me so excited to go vegan, Iam currently vegetarian. My mom made a deal that I can be a vegatarian but not a vegan while she still pays for my food. Though, soon enough I can try this stuff out.

A small tip: Try adding paprika powder to the sauce and/or sprinkling some over the top layer before putting it in the oven. Hope it turns out well!
