Freelee you should point these people towards Dr. Neal Barnards work to learn all about the addiction in these animal foods. Once you learn that you're actually a drug addict. literally, it really helps to push through the initial withdrawal phases.

Its to hard to just go all at once. Go slow, plant foods arent just salad. Even cutting out one meat a week or just changing milk to plant based then just keep switching animal foods for plants. I think people just dont know enough on how to start.
