You have to be joking when you say there arent people that eat a lot but dont gain weight. Some people seriously just have an extremely fast metabolism and they have a difficult time putting on pounds. My husband is very underweight and eats soo much food trying to gain weight and really doesnt exercise so shouldnt be burning this high number of calories that he eats. His cousins have the same issue as well. This is a real thing.

How come you dont show a video of u eating everything you say u do. Speed up the criteria and dont have any edit cuts. I doubt you ever will. However Id love to be proven wrong. Dare ya to make a uncut unedited video doing exactly that eating exactly what u say u eat in a day and ingesting it all on camera unedited uncut.

Literally I am 511, 126 pounds and I eat whatever I want and I dont even workout well with quarantine I do workout haha but yeah fast metabolism here
