TIMELAPSE - DIY Wood Fired BRICK & COB PIZZA OVEN - Start to Finish This is the FULL TIME-LAPSE for our wood fired brick oven and cob oven DIY pizza oven off the grid in the wilderness. My other question is what's the pros and cons of living off the grid what's the benefits of living off the grid or homesteading and what is the challenges on a daily basis is this stable or is it hard to do this or is it really easy or is it something very hard to Homestead or live off the grid I don't know what I don't know what the proper name is cuz I mean I thought it was living off the grid but I guess it's called homesteading what are the daily challenges on a daily basis living off the grid or homesteading is it extremely hard or is it extremely easy or there's a lot of hardship and problems and it has its days where it sucks and does it have its days where it's beneficial and awarding to have that where it has days that are so beautiful and then there's days that are so hard and sucks or about homesteading and living off the grid I'd love to be educated about this thank you guys for an awesome show of interesting stuff what you guys have done

What -Grid- are you off of exactly? I don-t think the field behind the Home Depot in Oregon should be considered off any grid. I mean, you might as well just grab some of the guys in the parking lot and rent some heavy equipment and then go on a vacation. Go watch the dirt covered guys somewhere in Asia build a castle with a swimming pool using sticks and a shovel. ----------

I placed fire brick baracade in my oven to block the horizontal heat. from burning my edges when i bake. Pizza etc. You still get that fire roasted taste just with out the carcengenic burnt edges.
