I don't mean to take anything away from Colin Shirlow, but, i imagine the only competitive eating he does is Oysters. I imagine he practices most of the year for these events and is clearly outstanding at it. But, i think the other eaters, like Matt, have consistency across a much broader range of foods. Again, nothing from the guy, great job.
