brother you can destroy food, alot better than me. I wanna say this though. in my opinion the best burger one can get is this. bbq sauce, bacon, cheddar, crispy onion straws, lettuce, tomato, red onion on a brioche bun. alot of places try to do this and call it a western burger etc. but they're normally not that great. done right that is a damn fine burger. we make those at our work. I work at a fancy/simple pub style restaurant. That means we make all our toppings etc. we make our own mayo, we make our own onion straws (breading with spices and real onions. real high quality black angus beef. try a burger sometime matt with bacon, cheddar, bbq sauce and onion straws. its orgasmic good.

take away is always a rip off, i hate it wen people say there getting a good deal because its like no your not, you can get good quality for that price, my uni they have a burger stand, they cook the burgers in front of you so you can see if its good or not, for the price of that burger you can get bacon, two hamburgers, egg, lettuce, caramelised onions, slaw your choice of bun, your choice of sauces and a drink same speed same price much tastier and higher quality.

They put them on the bottom to keep the bottom bun from getting to soggy. They are using the veggies as a shield, however some do not like the veggies being on the bottom. Putting mayo on the bottom bun is an excellent grease barrier to get around this. The fats int he mayo does not let the grease soak through.

That burger is my favorite burger, the veggies are really fresh and the beef is way more flavorful compared to other fast food restaurants and they put a lot of bacon they arent skipping out on the bacon if I had to say anything bad about that burger it would be that the bacon isnt as crunchy as I want it to be

The Bacon Cheeseburger looks very delicious but I have 2 problems with it the cheeseburger is mighty tall which is great but the bacons not crispy and if I'm having a cheeseburger it better have be smothered in cheese sauce.

Matt congratulations on the review and destroy of the cheeseburger but you could've also replicated the cheeseburger with more cheese and bacon if you wanted so I'm requesting a redo of this challenge.
