Full Contest Footage of the 2015 & 9th Anuual World Gyoza Eating Championship, held and sponsored by DayLee Foods, sanctioned by Major League Eating Contest was held on 1pm, Aug. 22nd, in Los Angeles's Little Tokyo (JACCC Plaza. After last years disappointment (for me, unable to defend my title and losing the World Record to Joey Chestnut, I came back hungry has hell to win. I hate that pun, but I really was craving a Win Walking home w/ the trophy would be sweet (& savory) I'm sorry, these jokes are in bad taste

I see a competition like this, and my first (dumbass) thought is I love gyoza. I could eat it all day and never get full. But then I see the speed at which you guys are eating, and I realize I am just a fat guy that likes gyoza. There's really no comparison with a professional.

This stuff usually grosses me out, but you have a mouth/stomach for this. You are by far the least messy competitive eater I've seen lol. Except when you bite the spoon and bones haha love your vids man good stuff

I would also be a Matt Ralston, I mean if you saw what you were competing against and knew you weren't going to win anyway, then you might as well just actually enjoy the food right?

At 7: 56 Matt was 261 & Joey chestnut was 244. After Stonie get slowed. In end the difference was small(4. Matt can do better. Actually he got tired.

49 isn't all that easy at 17th. especially in only 10 minutes, you have to eat 5 a minute. Id' have to go a whole day without food before doing that.

That guy needs to ease up on the commentary. Hes good at his job. But man its heaps So impressed at these eating comps- God id love to do this

well, whatever personal best is debatable, the thickness of the gyoza skin and how tightly packed the fillings are will impact how many you can eat
