Matt, I love your videos but I don't want to see you hurt yourself. Typically, Philly cheesesteaks don't come with a bunch of hot peppers on them unless people order that specifically. Also, they didn't look like they had much cheese on them and I'm a cheese lover Extremely hot food and extremely hot peppers in large quantities shouldn't exist, unless that is the challenge. But, it is my opinion the only people who can do that safely are people who grow up in cultures that eat that kind of hot stuff all the time. Have fun but I don't want to see you have to call the 911 Ciao

Their king size used to be 15 in. This year they changed them to 12 in. Think your going off calories of the old bigger ones. Didnt expect it to be from my go to restaurant in SF. Can tell you got the new smaller ones from the new packaging. Old ones didnt fit those boxes. You have good tastes though

Real Philly Cheesesteaks have meat cheese bread and can come with or without onion. I don't know any place out this way that serves it with peppers.
