Churches in Albany, Ga, have been devastated by the coronavirus. As the state reopens, pastors are uniting to keep people home. Cora: Hi all, Im the reporter on this video. For this story, we wanted to understand what reopening looks like in Albany, a city of 75, 000 in the southwest part of Georgia. We spoke with a coalition of pastors, many of whom experienced the brunt of the surge, and have decided to remain closed as Governor Kemp rolls back the statewide shutdown. Thanks for watching! Ill try my best to answer your questions below

Thanks for spreading some of this, amidst so many outlets just talking about the closure protesting. It's such an unbalanced amount of reporting, that 10 angry dudes in a city can get more coverage than the thousands of individuals that understand the implications of what we're dealing with.

The headlines that come from New York Times on a daily basis that show online are all aimed to malign President Trump's administration. NYT is party to the seditious conspiracy now being investigated by special prosecutors. Clearly Leftist propaganda is the true aim of the news shop.

I'm so glad that they focused on in the barbers in the black community because it's one of the cornerstones of the culture. Barber Shop is not just a place to get a haircut in the black community but also a place to socialize and to celebrate who they are

Another ant Trump rant. Families should be couped up together so that if one gets it you are guaranteed to give it to the others. This video should spend its time educating these people about the science of how this disease is actually spread.

Thank You!
Now how we gonna do this.
We must isolate.
We must share where we can, but not gather.
Black folks, The Gathering at home need to be minimal. Immediate family only.

Nobody wanna talk about how the number of cases KEEP falling statewide even 3/4 weeks after reopening? The media and medical professionals told us wed see a huge spike. Yall locking down for nothing

I just cut my own hair and the hair of my kids. Decades ago, people use to cut their kids hair. How hard is that. i am not going out anyway so i do not need to look my best.

Georgia cases have been falling for a month. People said it would spike within 2 weeks of reopening; that didn't happen, and it wasn't because some people in Albany stayed home
