A DETERMINED 30-year-old man has lost over 160lbs after being inspired by Dwayne -The Rock- Johnson. At his heaviest, Eugene Warner, from Virginia, weighed 350lbs. He suffered from depression which caused weight gain over the years. But when Dwayne -The Rock- Johnson made his wrestling return back in 2011, Eugene was inspired by him and vowed to lose weight. Seven years later, he has lost an incredible 160lbs, weighing in at 190lbs, all while battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Today, Eugene is stronger and healthier than ever and works as a personal trainer to help others

Well done! I have lost close to 100 lbs this past year. Seven to go to reach my goal of 147. No more BP meds and my cholesterol meds have been halved. given all the gyms and rinks are closed now I am walking 55 miles a week, was playing hockey five times a weekend. Waist has gone from 44 to 32. I have excess skin, don't really care at 60. So will see a dietician for the third time for a maintenance program. And yes we get out motivation from different inputs.

Yo man saw you were replying to some comments! Wanted to let you know that your video along with many other of these truly videos are a great source of inspiration for me in my journey. I started about a month ago and I-m not seeing much change but I know that consistency is the key to success! Thank you for getting your story out there and I hope to hear back from you!

Woah a single mum feeding those 3 boys! Thats 1 whole person income right there. I hope they appreciate that fact. A much needed transformation! So much hard work and it is not easy. Im on the same journey and it is so needed. Not just for our basic health but for those around us as well.

I think he and his brothers need to address the issue of not having their father around and that they had to take care of each other while the mother was out working. Those issues can stay with you for life and they might regain the weight.

You do look great, transformation is amazing! If you feel you need to get skin removal to feel even better, than I totally agree. You worked hard to get through a lot of physical and emotional problems to get to this point in time. -

Your amazing! I wonder if you've looked into a plantbased diet to help with CFS. Natural whole foods work wonders for healing the body. You are an inspiration. Please post updates on your journey. Love from NZ!

Hey I've been weight training since July and don't think I'm making the progress I should be. And I've only lost like 25 pounds. You seem very cool and if you lived around me I'd definitely love some training.

Bro look your body need time to recover the biggest mistake you made was losing fat - because if convert it into energy by using l carnitinr you can even get rid of that fluffy skin

-When I was this weight I didn't realize how big I really was. - That one resonates with me BIG TIME, especially after I've crossed the halfway point in my journey.

In case you-re wondering, the Rock and many celebrities take steroids to get massive. Never in my time in the infantry did we have ripped dudes like the Rock.

Congratulation for your journey.
The problem it is in American eating habits, you eat a lot of junk food and drink soda a lot.
