I\'m not hiding my acne, i\'m embracing it - shake my beauty Autumn: My face can get pretty big blackheads but I'd cry if one day I woke up to my face being infested with cysts. I've only gotten a cyst on my inner thigh and a couple above my pelvis due to ingrown hairs becoming infected. I suffer with a minor sun allergy, acne that can be found anywhere, chicken skin, eczema and an overgrowth of a skin fungus. It's sometimes hard to tell the difference between an inflamed pimple and a buildup of a protein in a pore. I thought my arm broke out one day but it was just that the chicken skin on my bicep spread down my arm. Due to my legs being skinny at the ankles and fatter at the thighs (now with chicken skin, my legs are now legit chicken legs. I have zero clue how to control the buildup of protein and fungus on my skin because they're so widespread now there is little I can do on my own.

Girl, I feel you! I have hormonal acne and it
took FOREVER to get it under control, and I still have flare ups now and then. You are gorgeous -
I-m sure you-ve already tried everything under sun (like I have, but I just wanted to share what works for me because it seems like we have the same kind of acne, and my skin is pretty consistently clear now. Also, I know everyone is different, but when I stopped wearing foundation it helped my skin a lot, too.
Internal:
Yaz
Spironolactone
Topical:
Safflower Oil (oil cleanse)
Willa Clear Skin Exfoliating Cleanser
Sand & Sky Mask (1-2 times a week)
Alba Botanica Hawaiian and Green Tea Moisturizer
Topical Treatment:
Adapelene Gel (at night)
Benzoyl Peroxide (spot treatment)

Hi my name is Myrvete and my son had the same skin acne so when I was for vacation at my country the old beautiful lady -she said to my son that how many times he is at the Beach to take the send and with that send to scrub his face and stay under Shadow so we use to go in the beach only after sunset and she said leave it like that for 2 h don-t it sweet things like Chocolate and that stuff so believe or not his face is now well like he didn-t have acne. I-m sorry for my spelling. Wish you best --

I've had cystic acne since teenage years also, I'm now 32 and still have deep cystic breakouts, mine is genetic and flares with hormonal fluctuations, stress, lack of sleep
I allowed others ignorance and hate to control me from age 15 until 30, when I turned 30 I said screw this I'm done hiding my skin! I now rarely wear makeup, and the most beautiful part is that when I do wear make-up it's because I WANT to, not because other's ignorance and hate -

If there were people like you for me to look up to when I was growing up I would have been a much more confident person and realized how beautiful I am at a much younger age!
I even considered not having children because I didn-t want my daughter to suffer the way I did! However, I am very happy to know that IF my daughter experiences the same thing I did she has people like you to show her she is beautiful regardless!
THANK YOU!

Ok. When I watch this kind of videos on acne their are so much positive comments and positive peoples. But In reality people always ask what wrong with your face I also suffering from acne and people be like always judging me why? They don't feel our pain and make us uncomfortable acne is just a phase of life and everyone who have acne it's just normal you are Beautiful in yourself -

It-s your skin, it-s your face. it is NOT who YOU ARE! For you are one of the most amazing and gorgeous ppl on this earth who show their beauty from the inside first, instead of the so called -first site at the cover-. I always try to look -inside- and believe me when I say: there-s a lot of -beauty- running around with no content! You shine) and I love to see you!

Not far off 50 and I still get bad cystic acne breakouts. Hormones and stress seem to be my main triggers. What I hate more than the appearance is the itching and pain that cystic acne causes, but it is annoying never to grow out of this stuff!

You look incredible, fresh and young! I struggled with cystic acne for years until a friend from Chicago told me she used: Solodyn. Don't quote me on the spelling, it was expensive but it worked on a PRN basis! I admire your confidence!

Micellar water is what made my acne worse! Benzoyl peroxide does nothing for me either. I'm learning to live with it at 32. I use nappy cream which seems to work better than any spot gel. Also she is stunning, her smile -

I'm not gonna embrace my acne, I'm gonna get rid of them. They aren't paying rent to my face and yet they're building up a community there. The audacity of these acne to occupy my face - I'm scared to look at the mirror XD

I had terrible acne when I was 14 years old I am now 33 lol. I had to take Accutane for about 2 months and it cleared right up. Cetaphil is the best cleanser to use hands down. Also don't wear face makeup at all

I know how this is I struggle with acne too it-s so annoying and it always makes u self conscious. I know I-m not the only one who goes thru this phase. Acne or not everyone is still beautiful.

Whoever sent you that anonymous message is an insecure bully trying to drag you down to make themselves feel better about disliking themselves. You are a natural beauty and amazing at makeup! -

Been there, was ashamed of my acne for the longest time, I just got tired of being ashamed of it, like u I put make up and don't conceal my acne as letting my skin breathe --
reply

I used to have cystic acne but just not this bad. When I throw out all the skin care lotions and creams and washes and just use my shampoo it cleared everything up.
reply

I had acne worst than yours, I have really been through lot of depression and anxiety, acne gives no confidence and it really sucks to see own face in mirror.

Three percent hydrogen peroxide swabbed on can help. I wish I had started using it when I was younger. And changing your pillow case often can help.

The smile she carries when she talks is freaking amazing. I wish I could feel that way. I hate this life as is it has done my world dirty.
reply

Honestly, her face is just beautiful, acne or no. The bad thing about her acne is that it can be painful, but not how it looks.

Should see Sai Pallavi. malayali heroine. in movie Premam, she is a hit south indian star because of her red acne. ---from Kerala
reply

She-s so young-- most of it should go away but isn-t the make up bad for the skin- you would think it would make it worse?
reply

You are sooooo beautiful! Acne will never define the rest of your life. Kim K. was not born with a big butt.
reply

I had it on my face, upper back, and between my thighs. It all STOPPED when I had a complete hysterectomy! --
reply

But wouldn-t the make up make your acne worse cause the make up is covering up and going into your pores?
reply

This make me tear up watching, I'm someone who def has suffered from it and still does. It's not easy.
