Body dysmorphia is about perceived flaws. If you wouldn't tell an anorexic they were thin, then how on earth is it acceptable IN ANY WAY to buy into this person's delusion that the next surgery will bring them happiness? For all of you thinking you are a good person because you are -accepting- who this person is. what are you accepting and where is the limit? This person was born healthy and is now a slave to a lifetime of medical interventions. And will likely never be happy because that's the nature of body dysmorphia.

When she's a cis woman who's becoming skinny because it's for the male gaze that's a problem but when it's a man turning into a woman that's power. So messed up. I think living like him must be painful. Enduring so many surgeries, with bigger boobs means back pain, painful dilation to do post op vaginoplasty, discomfort sitting on fake bums. And as we age our body will slowly give out and I hope he focus on his mental health when the time comes.

I really feel sorry for this lady. She is mentally ill. Her nose will fall apart doctors said and she still wants to do more surgeries. This is really sad. And I am sorry but she looks scary. It is a pitty to spend millions of euros just to look like that!

Everyone deserves happiness but to say you are a woman from plastic surgery is biologically incorrect. As a biological woman I have suffered with periods, birth etc. I am really tired of men saying they are women when they are not

That is one unfeminine, stumpy, botched body. Horrifying. Makes me grateful even more for my own natural face and body.
