A DANCER has told of how a routine gynaecologist appointment led to the discovery that she has two complete reproductive systems. As a teenager, Paige, now 20, suffered from irregular periods - but didn't think much of it for years. That was until, aged 18, she went for a checkup, and was immediately referred for an MRI scan, which revealed that she has two vaginas, two uteruses, and two cervixes, separated by a thin piece of tissue called a septum. Initially, medics thought she had uterine didelphys, but it has recently been confirmed that she has a similar, much rarer condition called complete septate uterus. Doctors hadn't seen a patient like me in 10 years, she said. Last year, Paige decided to speak out about her condition on TikTok, in a bid to raise awareness. And now, while the complications her condition may present in the future remain unclear - especially when it comes to having children - she is determined to not be held back and has even found love with boyfriend Hugh. She said: We shouldn't feel like we have to hide our bodies. It's our bodies. We were born with them. Let's talk about it

I knew nothing about this. I can tell my whole story and what happened with my pregnancy and threw my pregnancy. And how i had to give birth to a placenta after my c section(which they remove the placenta after take the childs out) But i know no one wants to read all that. What i can say is- I-m the only person in my circle i know that can wear 2 tampons and has to wear to tampons and a pad. Also my water broke at 7 months and i lost my mucus plug on the 9th month. sadly i was ignored. I didn-t know i was high risk till the day of birth. Even after my dr-s knowing my full medical. After me going in and getting a ultrasound for all the cyst on my ovaries. Which at that appointment they told me i couldn-t conceive a child because my ovaries. - i just made a appointment.

I'm going to be the immature one here and say the boyfriend was not surprised. He was excited.
But in all actuality, I know that having two full reproductive systems must have been hell on this girl. I know that with just my one reproductive system I had painful and excruciatingly heavy periods. Like, soaking through an ultra absorbency OB tampon in less than 10 hours for the first three days. THAT'S heavy.
So I couldn't imagine having to do it twice a month.

I would never go through a bunch of surgeries just to have kids! If the condition isn't causing any harm to her, and she is healthy. Just don't have kids. Kids aren't worth all the complications of surgery; plus, it's not guaranteed that the procedures will be successful. I hope she doesn't have the surgery for reproduction purposes only -.

I don't think she should be concerned about pregnancies yet, she's not even living her adult life. And if she expects it would be difficult, maybe she should consider a surrogate in the future. I know they can be expensive, but isn't worth it if the baby is more likely to be healthily born?

Can I see it, never crossed my mind. but these questions did
1. Do they only work in conjunction?
2. Is there a septum?
3. Was she a Twin?
4. Can she Sync with herself?
5. Is there a longer menstrual cycle with more eggs being released?
