ALISON MANN, a 22-year-old graduate student in New York, started losing her hair as young as four years old due to alopecia. By the time she reached school age, she had gone completely bald. With the support of her loving family and friends, Alison learned to accept her uniqueness. She also found her passion and confidence in gymnastics, which Alison said gave her a sense of identity and protection. Having lost her hair at such a young age, Alison never wore a wig. She also said she would never consider putting one on. She told Truly: If I had the choice to grow my hair back, I genuinely don't think I would. Alison admits that using dating apps has been a struggle for her, with some people asking insensitive questions or fetishising her hair loss. Today, Alison is going on her very first date in over a year - will she meet the man that accepts her for who she is?

My girlfriend has almost waist length blonde hair and I always fantasize about her losing her hair and seeing her completely bald like this girl and also seeing her without her eyebrows. I tease her sometimes by telling her that I'm going to put hair remover in her shampoo and she'll shampoo and rinse herself bald and she says, -You better not, I don't want to lose this long hair and be baldheaded! - I even told her that I fantasize about her losing all her long hair in the shower while shampooing and hearing her scream and saying, -AAAAAH, MY HAIR, MY BEAUTIFUL LONG HAIR, I'M BALD! - I wish it was my girlfriend in this video instead without her long hair.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: (Acts 17: 30)
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3: 9)
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Hebrews 9: 27)

I get this. the point of doing dating like this, but does anyone ever come away NOT doing politically correct compliments? Surely - in REAL life there is true shock and rejection. and that's OKAY. it's all part of having our human reactions and we're all entitled to our preferences.

Well. Yeah. The thing is, her facial features and the shape of her head are nearly perfectly symmetrical. My head is shaped like someone hit me with a frying-pan straight on my forehead. There is no way I could pull this off. Dating wise, her condition is a non-issue

She's incredibly hot. No matter what type of hair, wig, lack of hair this girl has Goin on. Beautiful is still beautiful. I'm not a fetishist but I've always really wanted to date a bald girl but they're not common at my age. Whether it's by choice or not.
reply

He was definitely sweet. She-s beautiful.
Many women are living with alopecia: some choose go to naturally bald and some wear wigs.
I hope people would remember that when they decide to shame or talk about women wearing wigs.

Everyone is different and I EMBRACE different! This young lady is so beautiful. I'd ask her for a date anytime. Society, needs to move forward a little more and start accepting and encouraging DIFFERENCE. Great video.

Only problem is that she is in denial that alopecia IS a pathological condition. I get that it's a defense mechanism. But that means she has deep pain and that will come up to sabotage things for her.

She's very cute. Now, more and more women shave head. My hair is shaved almost to the bone. I love the freedom of getting out of shower and having to do nothing to my hair.
So happy for them!

Shouldn't you want to look the best you can infront of the guy you want to fall in love with? Makes zero sense to me why you would want to put someone through something like this
reply

She won't wear a wig, but she will wear fake lashes because it makes her feel like herself. Hmmm. If they are fake lashes, then it's not herself, so why not wear a wig too?
reply

Ain't nothing wrong with her she still very much attractive even without hair and when she start talking about her morals --definitely even more a keeper.

She is a wonderful woman and I would like to be on the a date with her. Women should be able feeling great about herself. She is very beautiful woman!

I'm a bald male if a girl said no to me bc I'm bald is their problem not mine. So in return I shouldn't and wouldn't care. Keep rockin yourself darlin -
reply

Why is alopecia considered a crippling, life-altering condition for women, yet nobody bats an eyelid when men get male pattern baldness?
reply

I would love to date a lady with a bald head. I am bald myself. Who care someone has hair or no hair. It personally what counts. Okay
reply

He would make a great guy friend. He will never make a move on her or offend her. He'll always be there to listen.
reply

If a person doesn't accept another person because of hair, or lack thereof, they are shallow and not worth your time.
reply

As long as you have a attractive face, hairs do not matter. Unfortunately not everyone is blessed with good looks.
reply

She's kinda blocking energy though and just needs to let go and just be herself
He is SO HOT THOUGH -
