He is already a very goodlooking young man and I think if he wants to look like an elf and enjoy himself, that's all that matters. At least he is really thinking about this and making sure he has someone with a good reputation doing his surgery. I hope he is happy with the results. I wasn't impressed with his friend. I don't think she supports him. She makes fun of him for wearing his ears; doesn't want him to; and takes them saying she won't give them back to him. Then she is asking him about a hair cut. Why do people think all men have to have super short hair? We don't have to fit into a cookie cutter mold and he is very manly with long hair. I wish him best of luck in his future; )

Well I certainly don't understand why people want to do this extreme plastic surgery. I think unbalanced mental health plays a massive part. But of all the transformations I have seen, this is probably the best. Doesn't look malformed or bloached. Looks handsome. The ears granted are very weird (at first I thought they were anntanes) but the purple eyes are amazing. He doesn't really look like a mystical being to me (apart from the ears) but seems contented and genuinely happy in himself

Where do these people find all this money! Just wish they could be happy with themselves. I agree though he looks the most natural I have seen on this show. Though when is it enough? I feel it-s a never ending cycle of -ok after this surgery my life will be complete-.

You know what bugs me if they can do this for people wanting to change face for a look. There are burn victims and people w no faces or accidents etc. So why do they not offer this for them? ( But will do for anyone who can pay 20k? Or more

So what was the 85$k face worth w out the surgery? 1million. and you'll never be able to have a Dr make one either. Your face was nice. n it may have stopped growing hope so cuz I know people who had bit more to grow wrecked it in 2-3yrs

Honestly though I have a lot of respect for what he is trying to obtain, he wants to be what he imagines no matter what the risk is, most don't understand the dedication but I can see why they are driven by it, more power to you elf.

It's sad to me seeing someone spend so much to go through so much pain. I've been told I look like an elf since childhood, for free, unsolicited. My name means -ruler of the elves- which was just destiny I guess, lol.
