Why spend your money on more surgeries, when you could be spending your money on going to therapy and healing your distorted perspective and addiction? You probably secretly love being taken care of whilst you are healing, which is pretty selfish and another reason you don t care to stop. You love the attention. You love the validation. I don't know what the Ideal of Beauty she thinks that she look like, but a Superhero doesn't look like that (to me. It's always a Shame to see how beautiful young Women and Men ruin their Lives by undergoing such Operations just because some told them it looks nice.
