The housing mkt is going to crash. I would hold off big time. With borrowing rates skyrocketing people will not be able to purchase the high prices very soon and everything is going to come crashing down JMHO. Most people don-t know over the last three year American on average made more money per year in the increased value of their homes then their yearly incomes. Also so many people took equity out of the new found wealth in the house and now rates doubled and I think headed to 10-12%. You will see foreclosures sweep the country and the cities with the largest booms bust.

Lord that realtor is so. unseasoned. Number 1, she couldnt match Rahki's big personality. She was flat and unconvincing. Number 2, after that poor pitch, sis expected Rahki to just jump in on an offer.
