Looking for some new year motivation? Check out these amazing weight loss transformations! dbm94: 5'8 male here. At my heaviest I was up to 206 pounds. 2. 5 months later I'm down to 194 (might not sound like a lot but it's something to me) and that's before I actually made a complete change in diet. Only about 3 weeks ago did I clear out my cupboards and fridge of junk, gave up soda completely, chocolate and cut pretty much all refined sugar in general and only more recently took up walking, hiking and jogging and I can already feel a difference both physically and mentally. Finding out about the BMI score and me being technically obese for my height and weight really made me give my head a shake. I'm hoping by the end of summer I can be down to 160-155

I understand her reluctancy to not blame her parents for the weight standards they placed on their child, but at the end of the day let this be a learning lesson to parents who, instead of creating positive body issues for their children, unfortunately only think about themselves and how their children will be viewed by the public and other family members. I also was forced on weight watchers and other diet foods when I was at a reasonable weight that could have been cured with more exercise. I used to think I was humongous, then looking at photos, I was like what? Needless to say. proud of you all!

Why you should use the Alpilean Weight Loss Supplement?
The actual cause of Alpilean's enormous popularity and success is the method of action it employs. It is intended to assist the body repair the underlying problems, recovering more quickly, and getting back to a healthy weight management path rather than forcing it into something artificial.
The multi-dimensional strategy it uses has a special component, too-low core body temperature.
Fat may be melted by thermogenesis as well, allowing the organism to undergo a full metabolic change.

I will be starting my weight loss journey soon. I lost some kgs during lockdown in 2020 and felt amazing, but things changed and I gained even more. 2022 was a rough year for me, I got diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and couldn't walk for 6 months. But, thanks to good medical treatment, the pain and inflammation have gone down. The downside is I gained a ton of weight and now I'm back to 78 kgs. My goal is to lose 20 kgs cuz I'm short. These videos you made are awesome, they gave me the confidence I needed! Here's to hoping for the best.

What a reminder to all of us to try our best to avoid weight gain in the first place, because it is such a challenge to take the weight off. I'm so proud of these folks---so rare what they have accomplished---keep going--it's a daily journey: . Hard to believe, but NPR radio noted that 110 million USA residents (a bit less than 1/3 of our total population) are significantly overweight. For all the skinny folks you see on TV, in the movies, promoted on dating apps, the vast majority of us here are simply badly overweight.

You don't have to lose weight to learn how to respect yourself or to have people to respect you. There are plenty of fit people with low self-esteem. We all should know how to love ourselves first and not care about how others think of us. Your weight loss was really good but many people tends to bounce back and gain 20 - 30 lbs than their weight loss. If you want to lose weight than do it for yourself and not to please other people.

I'm a big guy, always have been. My weight has always yo-yo'd my whole life; gain it, lose it, gain it, lose it. But one thing I learned through all of it is if people mock you, laugh at you, don't support you, etc. while you are fat but then seem to -Like you- once you lose the weight, yeah, scrub those %-&- completely out of your life. Never waste your time on people that live their lives based on what Vogue magazine thinks.

I get the impression that the last couples male counterpart was not impressed with her weight loss and wanted to keep her unhealthy. Am I wrong? On a side note, I started my weight loss journey at 5'10- and 237lbs. I ran everyday on the treadmill for one hour, (for 3yrs) lifted weights and drank water A LOT! I am now a lean 170lbs at age 60. It's all mental (for most) throw out the garbage and clean up your house (your head.

You are all amazing! Imagine all the people you could be helping through your stories here. In this video and in your day to day. If we don't have our health, it's that much more difficult for our lives. I'm a severe binge eater and 40 years ago in highshool I suffered from severe bulimia. I started yesterday to really get some help. I'm hoping to get we're you're all at!

Ayeee I-m a junior now the first time I benched 185 pounds I was a sophomore but also at 185 pounds. I-ve now put on lots of muscle mass and down roughly 30 pounds! I can also bench 185 for 6 reps now at about 160 pounds. I-m starting to get abs now and going to the gym almost everyday has been one of the best decisions of my life. Goodluck to anyone starting!

I think surgery is the easy way out. She worked hard exercising BUT she would have lost weight anyway. I would not want a trainer who had surgery if that's not the direction I want to go. Have surgery and be proud of that, it's scary. But don't say you -worked hard - for it. That statement takes away from those who actually worked hard jmo

Dirty keto and intermittent fasting works for me. Lost over 40 pounds and have kept it off. I am post menopausal. One of my favorite things is I don't get hangry anymore. I'll never go over 200 pounds again. Felt and looked horrible.
Healthy at any size is a fairytale. I stopped looking like a beached whale. You can too.

I really want to change and I even tried doing exercise at home, but I really dont know what to eat, how much to eat, and when to do arms, legs or cardio and I also don't know how much time should I give rest to my muscles. Can anyone please guide me?

The sad thing is that the Fat Activist community attacks these people vigorously. They almost treat them like they are some sort of traitors who are contributing to whatever fat shaming crusade they can drum up. Congrats to these people for changing their lives in the right way.

Just here to remind people that weight gain is a SIDE EFFECT from other medical disorders! Genetics, Lipedema, Lymphedema, certain medications, stress/trauma/mental health disorders/ addiction. the list goes on! Treat the disorder, weight loss will follow

I am ready to change, I have been obese for about 8 years and morbidly obese for a year. I-m 246lbs now at 20 and for being 5-4 I should be at most 140lbs. 3 days ago I started my journey and a year from now I will come back to this comment for an update.

I started at 420 lbs and now I-m 260 lbs and I have 70-80 lbs left to lose. It-s not an easy thing at times. I know I-m going to make it to my goal by the grace of God. Thank you God.

Don't tell your kids they need to lose weight, you can help make them more active and eat better without telling them something is wrong with how they look. The things you say to your kids will stick with them forever.

I-m 5-4- and I-m 224, our weight is considered obese at the 170-180-s. Did you gain a lot of weight in a year? I just want to finally get thin. I-m almost 50 years old and I-m just sick of it.

I-ve lost 120 lbs W/VSG and have kept it off for 8 yrs eating Keto/Carnivore. I paid out of pocket, flew to Mexico as a single 55 yr old female and it-s the best thing I ever did for myself.

Truly if your trying to create body acceptance you forgot nudist our biggest problem comes from not seeing each other we hide under clothes made by murdered animals and plastic pollution

Why is everyone wearing a damn mask at the gym? It's 2023, not 2020. Furthermore, it's hard to breathe properly while weight training and especially doing cardio. I could never.

I love those storys. Im not struggling with my weight personally but it teaches me a lot of self control and how my actions affect others, especially if i have kids one time.

I would love to see more natural weight loss, no surgeries on Truly. I-ve lost almost 60lbs naturally and I can-t tell you how much work that was. 25 more to go!

Surgery IS the easy way out. When you know it can be done without surgery, but you opt for surgery anyway, I think that is the lazy way to lose weight.

Weight loss suppose to be a me transformation not because others don't like me they fat people who are comfortable with themselves and skinny people who are too

Timley, given most of us are from the holidays, where we packed up the pounds. In my case I added 10 kilograms, but motivated to lose them and more.
