Hi, guys! Just thought I-d share where I-m at on my lifestyle change journey! I now eat almost exclusively healthy, and I am able to control myself with irregular treats. I exercise daily, especially yoga, light weightlifting, and my stationary bike. I-ve lost over 20 pounds in 2 months and I feel fantastic. I was having headaches frequently, and was mostly sedentary. I was skeptical that I deserved to live a healthy way, but I realized that taking care of your health isn-t optional and everyone deserves to treat their body like we-re supposed to! I wish everyone luck in making their bodies healthier!

I like her frame of mind of loving yourself and listening to your body.
I can relate to not wanting to go to the gym expecially nowadays were people are shame filming other people and posting it on social media.
I've always been afraid of that happening to me if I went to the gym but she definitely shows that there's a lot of things you can do at home without ever going into the gym and still being healthy losing weight in support of that self care journey.

Do not ignore the role of the parents. Most of the time the mother. She is the one who provides a child with food. In many cases. too much food. A child doesn't have the money to buy his or her own food. In this way a child is accustomed to get an overload of food and both mentally and physically hardly can't live without it.

I clicked because I wanna know. I'm poor, my parents are poor and gym registration, I can't afford in our place. I weight 185 lb age 18 and is obese. But I recently started exercising daily cuz I finally have time for myself, doing jogging and badminton every morning, diet and some workouts at home, but without equipments. Is it possible to lose weight this way?

Oh man, I wish I was 333 pounds, seriously. It's so hard, but its not impossible, I know. It's day to day, and you have to stick to it! That's my issue. I start to lose weight, then after about 2 weeks or so, it's almost like I forget I am fat, and I start to overeat again. I make excuses. Its not good.

I think it's not about exercising and eating healthy food that will help you keep that weight off. yes. temporarily but if you don't deal with the issue that you are overweight maybe. comfort eating. hormonal issues. mentally etc. You will keep on losing and putting back on.

Every day I am being inspired by these amazing stories.
Everybody is doing it in their own way but the common thread seems to be dropping the self loathing.

In her case a weight of 80 kg is the max to live a healthy life. Her husband has severe overweight as well. I wish them less food.
