If you've got some good news, what's the best way to tell people? Feifei's about to find out a phrase that describes how people used to spread information before modern technology. And it involves shouting! Find out what this phrase is in TEWS

Hello BBC Team , I've a note about the kind of news that we would say when using the expression 'Shout it from the Rooftops , You mentioned that we usually use it when sharing good news ,so I'm wondering what if we did that telling bad news as in the example below :
Tell them all I know now
Shout it from the roof tops
Write it on the sky line
All we had is gone now
Tell them I was happy
And my heart is broken
All my scars are open
Tell them what I hoped would be
Btw those are lyrics from a song called 'impossible'
Thank you for your effort!

Hello, I am Brazilian and I started to learn English on last month by myself. Although I am a beginner, now I want to start conversations with English speakers, natives or no, to improve my skills. Could anyone help me? I am sorry about my grammaticalness, I do not use dictionaries or online translator, I force myself to learn through my mistakes. Thanks for your reading.
