In order to get attention it's a really good idea. I think if people hear a kid's voice from time to time, it'll continue to be effective..

Maybe it's only because they are not use to a child voice announcements if we wait and see for a while the good side might disappear

Well I must say that's something ridiculous why the child's voice is not perceived or not paid attention...they should listen to it
