Can anxiety be a good thing? The psychiatrist Randolph Nesse suggests that anxiety is a result of natural selection. This is the principle of evolution whereby random changes in the biology of a living thing can make it more likely to survive in a particular environment. Hi, 6-minute English is my favourite programme on youtube, I've been watching this program for six months, and each week I learn new words and expressions.
I wish I had time to watch all the episodes you made before.
Thank you guys for making us familiar with English, I really appreciate it.
Talking about anxiety, I think it depends on where someone lives, whether they live in a big city, a countryside, or in a village where life is so easy to deal with.
For me I live in a city, and I everyday encounter many problems. Anxiety is part of our daily modern life

Anxiety is a common phenomenon. And I agree with you that a person always become anxious while being in an emergency situation. Now a days, anxiety has taken shape of an epidemic in our society and causing serious health issues and ultimately affecting the efforts of nation building.

I thought it was hard to listen and understand what experts speak in this program, but in this latest one,
