Learn to talk about smartphone addiction in 6 minutes! Jakkrapat: It's not a good thing to spend that long hours on your smartphones; checking your phones compulsively, getting distracted by super-engaging contents. That means you're addicted to your smartphone so called smartphone addiction. You suffer from FOMO - you don't want to miss out anything going on such as on social media. You just keep checking your phone a lot more. You should kick the habit of a phubber - you ignore other people because you'd rather look at your phone. We're tribal animal, so face-to-face interaction is very important, please keep in touch with other people, especially your family, your friends.
As we all know smartphones have the pros and cons, I'd call the smartphone is one of the great inventions, cool inventions in the 21st century.
Thank you!

A phubber. Phubbing is ruining our ability to hold a full conversation / compromising our ability to be attentive , either to our environment or to each other
