Really, do we need to save water when it comes to toilets? Just think about it: if you don't flush it properly, the contents of your toilet will not be transported very far, and the less water you use, the more unpleasant the smell will be. (Yes, the toilet itself may be clean, but I'm talking about the drainpipe here.)The truth is, drainpipes need significant amount of water to function, otherwise they'll become smelly and unsanitary.
