You know the thing about a shark? It's got lifeless eyes, like dolls eyes. When it comes at ya, it doesn't seem to be living. Until he bites ya and those black eyes roll over white and, oh then you hear that terrible high pitched screaming and the ocean turns red and despite all the hollering and pounding, they all come in and rip you to pieces.

These guys have nerves of steel. I am not paranoid of sharks but there are four species (out of around 480) that if I know one is near by, I am getting out of the water PDQ. Oceanic Whitetips are one of them. They are highly aggressive with a history of unprovoked attacks on people. A very dangerous specie of shark and known man eater.

that is indeed true though more people die each year than just 5, a lot dont even get recorded, they simply put as drowned. and it does not change the fact that these animals are man eaters!

Oceanic White Tips are super curious, aggressive sharks that really do want take an exploratory bite, any potential meal in this desert is well appreciated, cant afford to be fussy can we now?

What are those little fish swimming next to the shark? They don't look related. Its like they made friends with the shark and the shark is their bodyguard?

Had one swim up on me one time swimming with some dolphins. I was looking over my shoulder the rest of the year after that!
